All registrations are subject to the official rules and regulations of the specific event at the time of registration. Please verify all information prior to submitting your registration. Completion of registration signifies your agreement to the relevant terms, conditions, and registration requirements of the event.
All competition registration and reward allocation qualifications are strictly subject to the manual review approval timestamp recorded in the Organizer's backend system as the sole legal standard. If a participant provides false information, creates duplicate accounts, uses automated programs (Bots) to reserve quotas, or generates prohibited content (including but not limited to violent, pornographic, or politically sensitive material), the Organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify the participant or revoke associated rewards at any time without prior notice or compensation.
1.2 Special Events and Third-Party Sponsorship Addenda
The Organizer may from time to time launch specific support programs or campaign initiatives in collaboration with co-organizers or sponsors (including but not limited to the "Pixmax AI Compute Support Program"). By applying for, redeeming, or utilizing such special resources, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with the standalone terms and disclaimers governing those events (including but not limited to the "Pixmax AI Compute Support Program Terms & Disclaimer"). Such addenda form an integral part of these Terms; in the event of any inconsistency between the addenda and these Terms, the specific event addendum shall prevail.
1.3 Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the event rules or adjusted by the Organizer due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., event cancellation), all registration fees and related course fees are strictly non-refundable.
1.4 Handling Fees
Any service handling fees (including transaction fees charged by payment platforms) are non-refundable.
2. Third-Party Websites and Content
This website may contain links to third-party websites to provide relevant information or services. Such websites are not under the control of the Organizer.
The Organizer assumes no liability for the content, security, accuracy, or legality of third-party websites, nor for any consequences arising from their use (including but not limited to virus infections, data loss, or any disputes). Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms of use.
3. Personal Data Collection and Usage
When you register, apply, or participate in events on this website, you may be requested to provide personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact details, school name, and email address.

5. Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Content (AIGC) Disclaimer
5.1 Website Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, videos, designs, and logos) is owned by the Organizer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and relevant laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use in any form is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Organizer.
5.2 AI-Generated Content (AIGC) Representation and Indemnification
Participants submitting works on this platform (including images, 3D models, prompts, or text generated using any artificial intelligence technologies) represent and warrant that they possess full rights or valid licenses to do so, and strictly comply with the terms of service of the respective artificial intelligence tools utilized.
Due to the inherent randomness and legal uncertainty of AI generation technologies, the Organizer cannot and does not warrant that submitted works do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, or patents). In the event of any third-party IP infringement claims or litigation arising from a submitted work, all legal and financial liabilities shall be solely borne by the participant, and the Organizer shall be fully indemnified and held harmless.
6. Governing Language
In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
