Eligibility
Admission school teams from mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the participants must be students from the same school, in groups of 3-5 people, and can form teams across grade levels, but please note that the age of each group must meet the group requirements)
Admission Period
March 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024
Schools need to download and fill in the designated admission form on the talent display event homepage, provide basic information such as school information, team member list, instructors, etc., and pay the admission fee within the specified time to ensure the team’s formal participation qualifications.
Admission Fee
Greater Bay Area: The admission fee for each group is RMB 750, and each team can have up to 5 students to participate.
Hong Kong/Macau: The admission fee for each group is HKD/MOP 750, and each team can have up to 5 students to participate.
Admission Details
- Online admission: The teacher in charge needs to fill in the admission form on the website (including: school name, school logo, teacher name, list of participating students, email, contact number). Please ensure that the information provided is accurate.
- Confirmation of successful admission: After completing the admission, the system will automatically confirm the successful admission.
- Add team information: Teachers need to complete team information and ensure that the details of all participating students have been entered.
- Upload PDF file and media consent form: Teachers need to download the generated PDF file (the file will include the name of the school, the name of the teacher, the list of participating students and related terms), the teacher stamps the school seal on the document. In addition, teachers are required to upload a media consent form to confirm that they, parents and students fully understand and agree to its terms and conditions. - Pay the Admission Fee : Admission fees can be paid by cheque or online payment method. If you choose to pay by cheque, you need to indicate your bank account information.
- Waiting for payment confirmation: During the payment process, the system will display the status of payment waiting for confirmation.
- Payment success confirmation: Once the payment is successful, the system will update the status to payment successful.
- Start Blender course/submit permission: After successful payment, the Blender course will be started and permission to submit works will be obtained. Each team is only allowed to submit one piece of work.
- Generate student codes: The system will generate up to five student registration link for each participating student to login.
- Once the admission form is submitted, team member information cannot be changed for any reason (including name changes or participants cannot be changed). If the information needs to be changed, additional administrative fees will be charged.
